What action would you take if you find an oil spill on the deck?

Sprinkle salt on it
Put out a warning sign, clean the area with rags, wash the deck with hot soapy water, rinse and dry.
If you are busy put a cloth over it and clean it up later
Put washing detergent on it and try to clean it up

What should the water termperature be in each sink if you are washing up using two sinks?

If you see a lot of smoke coming from the oven in the galley what would you do?

Open the oven door to see where the smoke was coming from
Raise the alarm. close all ventilation, turn off the power and try to put the fire out.
Call the Chief Cook as he may be cooking something which makes a lot of smoke
Go and get your lifejacket
