Raise the alarm. close all ventilation, turn off the power and try to put the fire out.

Put out a warning sign, clean the area with rags, wash the deck with hot soapy water, rinse and dry.
Put washing detergent on it and try to clean it up
Sprinkle salt on it
If you are busy put a cloth over it and clean it up later
