Established in 1991. Its task is to conduct training and upgrading courses based on the STCW Convention and to meet the demands of different principles and individual training needs. The Center offers cargo and ballast handling simulator course, shiphandling and bridge teamwork simulator course and the advanced programme in oil tanker operation.
