General Information
Established in 1977 by Le Havre Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Port of Le Havre Authority, IPER organizes training programmes for port executives and managers in the fields of port operation, port management and maritime works. Other programmes are offerd yearly in association with IMO, WMU, UNCTAD and other partners.
