The College has three departments. The maritime technology department, for training of overseas shipping officers; the electronic control engineering department, for training of engineers specialised in the design and control systems of mechatronic technology; the distribution and information engineering department, to raise specialists in system engineering of physical distribution, logistics and information processing.
