The Centre is under the control of Maritime Rescue and Security State Agency. The main purpose of the Centre is to provide specialized training and education regarding safety, survival and antipollution operations in both maritime and civil industries. Tests of equipment, research and publication of the stated matters are also some of the activities of this institution.
