General Information
Its main objective is to provide guidance and information aimed at safer navigation. Its scientific technical task focuses on issues such as mapping, charting, navigation, astronomy, nautical geography, aerial photogrammetry, information technology, national oceanographic data centre and the teaching of officers, seafarers and civil officials of the Chilean Navy as well as foreign naval officers who might apply.
