The Polytechnic offers 3-year full-time diploma courses for school leavers in various engineering fields, mass communication, accountancy, business studies and computer studies. The Department of Shipbuilding and Offshore Engineering provides technologists to fill mid-management levels of the local marine industry, particularly the shipyards.
