General Information
This Centre is created in accordance with the STCW 1978, and is certificated by the MORSVIAZ-SPUTINK State Enterprise, ROSMOR-FLOT and Norwegian TELENOR. It undertakes to train and certificate sailors on the basis of international programmes recommended and approved by the Administration. In addition to the existing equipment on the GMDSS, the Centre also has GMDSS communication equipment such as SKANTI, SAIT and SAILOR.
