The plate heat exchanger is separated for cleaning. What will You do if the plates is thick with scale or other organic material?

Change the plates.
Use high-pressure cleaner with abrasives.
Use wire- brush, metal scrapers etc. for cleaning of plates.
Put the plates in water with qualified cleaning chemicals, and use soft brush, or high pressure cleaner with care.

What do you consider as the most important task after a piston job ?

Starting the auxiliary blower to ventilate the scavenging belt, and the cylinder liners, to ensure that the engine has sufficient fresh air for starting.
Patch up destroyed paint work on the crankcase doors.

Why must we never use grinding paste on the seating or on the gliding surface of a needle?

The grinding paste will cause a too smooth movement the needle and then damage the seating
