The blower's air delivery is not sufficient. What is the cause?

Dirty scavenge duct.
Cooling water temperature too high.
Air temperature in engine room too high.
Clogged air inlet filter.

What will happen if the seat plate 5 is ground too much allowing valve disc 4 to open an increased amount?

The thermodynamic efficiency decreases.
The maximum output pressure decreases.

The HP discharge valves sometimes get very carbonized in a very short time and continue to do so even when we change the HP valves very frequently. What might be the reason ?

Poor effect from air inlet filter.
Too low cooling water temperature.
Water in the lube oil.
Worn scrapper and piston rings.

After water-washing the turbocharger exhaust side, the blower starts to vibrate. What has happened?

Foundation bolts for the blower unit are loose.
Water drain for washing system is clogged.
Inlet filter partly clogged.
The rotor blades are damaged or the blades are not properly cleaned.

If abnormal vibration occurs, what will You do?

Reduce the feed oil.
Open more feed oil.
Stop the purifier immediately, and make sure the oil is being feed to the bowl.
Close for the feed oil.

The valve opens before set pressure
